GOPHERS, GROUND SQUIRRELS AND VOLESGOPHERS, GROUND SQUIRRELS AND VOLES
Animal Damage Management is an outside contractor hired by the Association for treatment of open space for gopher, ground squirrel and vole infestation. The open space is treated two times a month in an effort to control the population and infestation. However, complete eradication is impossible given the Association is located in the foothills of Mt. Diablo.
They offer special pricing to Vista Tassajara homeowners who would like to treat their yards for gophers, ground squirrels and voles. They also provide treatment for wasps, either in ground or nests attached to homes. If you are interested in or need this type of service, you may contact them at 1-800-292-9845. -
Lost and FoundAny item found by the pool is put in there by the pool maintenance personnel. Valuable items found, like pool keys, are given to Lindy Johnson at Property Management & Accounting Company (925-454-1987). Call Lindy if you are missing your key.
Barbara Phillips Michel will also be taking care of the Lost & Found bin. She has a key to the room, so if you are missing something, contact Barbara (648.8313) and she can help.
Also, if you find something in our neighborhood, please give it to Barbara and she can store it. Either she can come get it from you, or you can drop it by her house.
